Orphan Rowers

What’s an orphan rower? When clubs go to masters regattas the Legion of Rowers regatta committee is very aware that sometimes it’s challenging to get a full crew lineup of people who are the right age.

And so we have built a page on our website where you can do two things

  • List yourself as available to race and the event(s) you want to do

  • Find rowers to fill missing seats in your crew

  • It works for ANY regatta

We very much hope that smaller clubs and individuals will come to the May regatta and use this service to get themselves as much racing as they want!
